Information regarding a serious crash in the Bayulu Community is being sought after by Major Crash Investigators.
On Tuesday 27th November, around 2:00am a stolen white Toyota Landcruiser utility was being driven with alleged unrestrained passengers on the rear tray of the vehicle.
It will also be alleged the vehicle was dangerously driven, causing one unrestrained passenger to be ejected from the vehicle.
The 13-year-old female passenger received serious injuries and was flown to Perth, and remains in the Perth Children’s Hospital in a stable condition.
The alleged driver, a 12-year-old girl has been charged with Dangerous Driving Causing Grievous Bodily Harm, Steal Motor Vehicle, and No Authority to Drive
She will appear in the Fitzroy Crossing Children’s Court at a later date.
