A man has been charged after wounding another man in Rivervale overnight.
WA Police alleged that around 8:30pm, the Rivervale man became involved in an altercation with a 20-year-old man in Nannine Place.
It was alleged the 36-year-old man was armed with an edged weapon, resulting in injuries to the victim.
He was taken to hospital by St Johns Ambulance where he remains in a stable condition.
The Rivervale man has been charged with an act or omission causing bodily harm.
He appeared in Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday.
