Police Investigates Cannington Stationary Store Robbery

Kensington detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred in Cannington on Monday 28th March.

Around 3:50pm, a man entered a large stationary store on Albany Highway. Whilst looking at various items he took a digital set top box and put it under his shirt.

As he attempted to leave the store without paying for the item, a staff member challenged him and he was threatened with a gas lighter/blow torch.

He fled on a BMX bike, police described the man as being in his early 20s, fair skinned, with slim build, approximately 180 cm tall, with medium length reddish brown hair in dread locks, and light color facial hair.

He was wearing black pants, a black long sleeve hoodie with white words on the arm, a black sneakers with white bottoms and a black hat.
