Police have charged a Middle Swan man with a range of offences, following road incidents involving police in July.
Midland Detectives followed up two separate police chases which led to the man
The first incident involved police attempting to stop a Kawasaki motorcycle on Tuesday July 3, travelling on Mahogany Road in Beechboro.
It will be alleged that the rider evaded police, riding on the wrong side of the road before leaving the motorcycle and fleeing on foot.
The next day, police attempted to stop an Isuzu Dmax on Emberson Road in Morley.
Police allege the driver attempted to ram the police vehicle before driving away on the incorrect side of the road.
On Tuesday, Midland Detectives went to a house on Albert Road in Middle Swan, where they arrested a 37-year-old man.
They found 19.1 grams of methamphetamine at the home.
The man has been charged with two counts of no authority to drive, two counts of a driver of a vehicle failing to comply with a direction to stop, two counts of reckless driving to escape pursuit by police, possession of a prohibited drug with intent to sell or supply.
He appeared in Midland Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
