From War to Remembrance – A Living History of the RSL

Opening just in time for ANZAC Day, experience the cultural history of The Returned and Services League of Western Australia, with the exhibition ‘From War to Remembrance’ – a living history of the RSL.

Featuring a visual handcrafted art installation, an interactive display, a mid-1960’s lounge room installation, and a scale model of the State War Memorial made of LEGO, the exhibition is a showcase of the impact that its individual clubs have had on their communities throughout its 97-year history.

The exhibition is being held at the State Library of Western Australia and is on from 20 April – 30 June 2013.
