WA Police have charged a woman over the theft of $3 million while working at a Northbridge business over a number of years.
The East Perth woman worked at the business between 2009 and 2017 as a bookkeeper who was responsible for banking.
Major Fraud Squad investigations of the business’ records resulted in the discovery of $3.5 million stolen from the business by the woman since 2011.
The 61-year-old has been charged with 115 counts of stealing.
She is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court on November 27.
