A 36 year old Halls Head man has been charged by the Gang Crime Squad after a warrant was executed at his home address on Wednesday.
It will be alleged that they found around 380 grams of methylamphetamine, and nearly $70,000 in cash.
A freezing notice for cash and other assets has been issued, along with several motorcycles and a vintage car being seized as part of further inquiries.
The man, who is a senior member for the Mongrel Mob in Australia, has been charged with Posses Prohibited Drug with Intent to Sell/Supply and Possess Stolen or Unlawfully Obtained Property.
He appeared before the Mandurah Magistrates Court yesterday, and is set to reappear on the 21st September
Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs remain a focus for the WA Police Force, as they are often linked to criminal acts committed in our community.
“This work is ongoing, and gang members should be on notice that the Gang Crime Squad will not rest in its efforts to target criminal activity,” said Detective Superintendent Massam.
